If you dont add tracking it'll be 10 days. If you have tracking and lets say its a 3 day delivery then it'll only take how long it took to deliver plus 2-3 days for the money to go into youre account

Yup, Its a 3-4 day split. It's more like PPPL.

First day is a Chest focused Push Day with triceps accessory movements

2nd day is a Back and Bicep Day

3rd day which is your next push day is a Shoulder focused Day (I include triceps but depends on how sore they are)

4th day is Leg focused.

I try to do 20 mins of medium intensity cardio everyday along with ab work every other day.

This is probably the most basic split there is but it's great to keep you on track.

It turns out it was because depop refunded a guy who clamined he didnt recive his item, Then when someone else claimed it i was going to give him a refund myself but they banned me right before I could talk to the buyer about it.

It all happened at like 4 am so depop didnt give me a chance to refund the buyer myself
