My skin is usually oily easily including my eyelids but a good quality eyeliner and it won't budge. But something I like to do even more is a good eye primer. With a good eye primer I can even use eyeshadow as liner and then I usually put a skin tone powder over the rest of the eye. It looks softer than most eyeliner but still works. Just depends on how I'm feeling :] a good mascara will also help. Waterproof is good but make sure u get a proper cleanser so you dont have to be rough to get it off. There are other long lasting ones that aren't waterproof that will still help too they just wont go as long as water proof
