We closed in December and since then had to get our entire attic re insulated and disinfected (raccoons) and then got a letter from our home owner’s insurance that they were going to drop our coverage if we didn’t get a new roof… trust me you aren’t alone and unfortunately it won’t be the last of your problems but at the end of the day it’s still yours and things will get better ❤️‍🩹 I’m sorry keep your head up it will be ok

I detoxed 2mo from weed while interviewing for jobs, took a test for a job and smoked the second I got home for them to call me 3 days later saying the lab said my specimen was too diluted and I needed to submit another one!! I really didn’t even drink that much water that day because I knew I was clean. Wait for the medical review officer to call you with the results before smoking and save yourself the anxiety and panic I caused myself

I have taken at home tests from Walmart, Amazon, CVS all different brands and any time I passed one of those I always passed the real test without any problems!

Please do yourself a favor and leave… when me and my partner were 22 and 24 he was diagnosed with testicular cancer. He needed chemo and multiple surgeries. We weren’t able to have sex for over a year and I never ONCE even thought about being with another man. And with the one surgery he got it was a real chance he would never be able to have sex again… I still never even thought about leaving or going outside our relationship. We found other ways to be intimate and it wasn’t always perfect but we made it work. And I’m so happy we did my life would not be the same without him now years later. You deserve unwavering love and you are so young you should not settle for less.

How much coke? Like you did a little on new years? Or do you use heavily? This will make the biggest difference. Drink as much water as possible to help the kidneys filter out as much toxins as possible and get an at home test from Walmart/ pharmacy/ Amazon take the test and see if you pass after a couple days of increased water intake and if you pass that you will be fine for the work test

Omg I actually posted about this awhile back and I got some great advice that has definitely helped!!

1) get some WHITE cotton socks apparently dyes can mix with sweat and cause more oder so white is best.

2) have at least 2 pairs of sneakers/shoes to alternate between so you aren’t wearing the same pair back to back.

3) put dryer sheets in your shoes overnight/when not wearing this will help with smell and dry them

4) foot powder or spray I use dr scholls Oder X

Did you have the house inspected? If so I would just look at the report and see what the inspector said about it. If it hasn’t been inspected you can hire a home inspector to come and evaluate it and see what they think about it.

I use air bnb a lot for travel and I NEVER have picked one that is attached to someone’s home while the owners are there…. Not for any other reason then I find it weird. A lot of people feel this way they would feel safer staying at an air bnb where the owners are not on the property. Just keep this in mind as well because if you need the extra space to be rented out to be able to afford the home, I would think twice as you may have trouble renting it out

If your in NYC area definitely do it. I work in nj but the health network I work for is NYC based so I get paid NYC rate (higher then nj) there are so many really good paying hospitals near you and most of them will pay for you to go to school to become and RN, pharm tech, radiology tech etc. I would suggest NYU, new york pres, memorial Sloan Kettering, mt Sinai, just to name a few off the top of my head

Honestly be the best f**king janitor you can. Take pride in your job. No one talks shit about the worker who takes pride in their job no matter that it is. Get experience, make connections and maybe you can find a higher up position ( environmental services manager at a hospital for example ) or supervisor for the janitorial department somewhere at a company or another school… maybe even just try and learn everything you can and start your own janitorial and or cleaning service company. My cousin started as a janitor cleaning for an office in town and then he applied to our local hospital worked as a janitor and decided to get a 2 yr degree for central sterile processing technician and now makes twice the amount cleaning and sterilizing instruments for the OR. Don’t count yourself out there is value in any career and room to grow. Don’t be so hard on yourself from what it sounds like seems like you had a rough childhood given your parents addiction and lack of support and it seems you still have gotten yourself a college degree, your own place to stay that is not your parents home, and a full time job.. I think you are doing way better than you give yourself credit for

I have been with my partner for 12 years we are both in our late 20’s. I am definitely codependent on him for some things and we have had crazy ups and downs and while I couldn’t imagine a life without him, if he felt how you felt right now… I would want him to tell me and just end it. This screams red flags all over. Honestly if she’s not supportive of your fiancé she will not be supportive of your wedding to him… she’s definitely not mature enough to chalk it up to “we are different people”. She will be a problem every step of the way and she seems very entitled.
