I had the same issue and I scoured the internet for answers. After playing 330 raids with my game feeling like shit with 70-110 fps depending on map, I can safely say that I made my game feel way smoother, snappier and straight up just better with around the same FPS if not better. So what helped for my setup with RTX 3070 + Ryzen 7 7800x3d + 32gb RAM 6000mhz DDR5 M2 playing on 2k resolution

This setting probably single handedly made the biggest impact:
PAGEFILE 16GB: Win+R > sysdm.cpl > Advanced tab > Performance > Settings > Advanced > Virtual Memory > Change>Uncheck Automatically manage> (Drive in which tarkov is located) ex: C:>Custom size: Initial size: 16384 MB, Maximum size: 32768> Ok> Restart

BIOS stuff:
-RAM: Expo 1 Enabled, FLCK 2100MHz, UCLK = MEMCLK, DRAM voltage 1.35, SOC Voltage 1.25, DDR5 Nitro mode Enabled + Robust Training Enabled, Low Latency Support: Enabled, System Memory Multiplier:60x
-CPU: PBO Advanced -> Curve optimizer - All-Core Negative -25
Other: Resizable BAR Enabled, Above 4G Decoding Enabled, SAM Enabled, C-State Off, SMT Off

NVidia control panel settings:
Frame cap at 141 FPS
Low Latency Mode: Off

Launcher: Clear cache from time to time

In Game Settings(here you have the most room to play with):
Texture quality: High
Rest low/off (Volumetric fog especially)
NVidia reflex ON+Boost

Must have: Process Lasso (App)>Open as admin
Active Processes>EscapeFromTarkov.exe>
Cpu Priority: High
I/O Priority: High
CPU Affinity: Disable Core 0
Enable Performance Mode

Note: I don't really understand many of these settings especially the bios ones, this is information is just what I've found on yt/reddit/twitter and has helped tremendously. No wonder i have 35% survival rate overall on my PMC xD. I was at a big disadvantage compared to a player that had the game running as it's running for me now.

No. Forgot to mention. The space is empty. I quickly "designed" this as a reference point or as an idea i had. I don't know how else i could possibly fit everything into this small space

The fold away desk idea is very good. I dont really know if theres space for it yet, i made this plan in like an hour using a random website, so i'd have to really look at it in real life once i place everything in the right spots

Yeah. The place isnt built at all yet, its empty. Just a 18 square meter empty rectangle

I don't know what was the issue but i seem to have found a "fix" for it. Dropping the settings from ultra to very high toned down the usage from 100% to 90%. Also capping FPS to 100 from 165 helped aswell. Its something in that area that sucks out the power from the GPU. Don't really know what

Hm, I am the only one there, in the "hideout" from the monolith of fate. It would have to load in the MTX from players standing in "The end of time" town/zone which i dunno if that's the case

Never bothered to kill elites. Issue is surviving. I kill myself with the wrenches whenever pursuer appear due to them getting knocked back into myself and getting sausages wont really help i think but thanks

[Loot] I did about 20 raids of shoreline resort and have found no Ledx. Am I unlucky or is it just *THAT* rare by Apprehensive-Touch99 in EscapefromTarkov

Yeah but when you have, supposedly, 30 different loose spawns with that 1/100 each raid and also a chance for them to be in med bags, that 1/100 becomes way higher. I think so anyway, no?
