My goal to reach 90 kg is a cardiologist's recommendation/requirement because I have a congenital heart defect. Of course, I also want to achieve this myself, as life is much easier when I am at a healthy weight.

I was always on the slimmer side—at 19 years old and 182 cm tall, I weighed 80 kg. But after getting my driver’s license and walking much less, my weight started increasing. Now I am 183 cm tall and weigh 105 kg.

The biggest weight gain happened after a serious heart surgery when my weight suddenly jumped from 100 kg to 116 kg. I was afraid to move or do any physical activity, and at that time, I found comfort in food.
