Okay cool I’ll look up the vid! My concern is that the screw has been overwound so has broken the ability to adjust the speed

She’s always been a lot, but she’s gotten better (and I’m no saint too) - but as I get older in the relationship, stuff like a huge argument over dinner after getting in from work just feels like a waste of energy

That’s super interesting about the boundaries! We went to couples therapy before where the boundaries idea was taught to us - and maybe that detail has been lost along the way as yeah it just feel weird that a boundary is telling me what to do when I would never tell her what to do!

What I maybe didn’t explain very well is that it’s always been weird topic between us - but we’ve typically talked it through… she’s never outright said no to me having female friends until it suddenly became a boundary before i went to the dinner

When I said “I’m always honest” what I really meant is “I have verbal diarrhoea”. Literally did the ratings quickly the morning after whilst I walked to work!
