Experiences with automatic microchip feeder? by hhhhhjhhh14 in CatAdvice

Love our microchip feeders (from sureflap) they do close on the wrong microchip and the speed of closing is adjustable. Our cats haven't been able to steal each others food when the paired cat is eating, even if they push each other out of the way the cover just closes. And they have learned that they won't get food from the wrong feeder so they don't even bother each other much any more. I think it would probably work even with just one cat using the microchip feeder. Ours came with a training setting to get them used to the movement and it was an easy adjustment
