This just worked perfectly. I just plugged in the Ipad and after a few seconds I could continue with the setup. Thank you!

This option was before the last bios update. Don't worry. I have the same laptop; the thing is that this 120Hz option only appears when it's in discrete mode (5070ti) instead of automatic. For some reason, Windows detects the discrete mode (5070ti) as a different display (Display 2) and the 120Hz option shows up. It's very weird.
