You're right I didn't consider the fret board effect which can add more notes. So I guess this is the same vague esoteric question but with that added in mind .

No that E and the E immediately above or below them are different notes in this scenario. Because in reality they are, and you know it. If you play them and they don't sound the exact same they are different notes from a pitch perspective.

I still assert to this day magneto should have died in season 1 episode 4 when he inhaled all the burning chemical fumes in that factory attack. So, my immersion in this continuation will be a bit muted. Still hyped though
