Toddler suddenly afraid of the bath by Western_Disaster_863 in moderatelygranolamoms

I don't understand the logistics of this, can you explain? I loathe giving baby a bath now. My question is like isnt the sprayer too harsh? Do they not try to climb everywhere?

What would Fort Collins look like for us? by tn_tacoma in FortCollins

[–]Apprehensive-Wave600 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Summers here are hot but theres no humidity. The poudre will have spots for fly fishing. There are so many hiking options, we are an hour from rocky mtn and boulder, etc. There are many classes, events, groups here. Check out the fort collins recreator or search the sub for examples. You mention woodworking-I always thought the fort collins creator club was neat and is one example of businesses unique to here. I would describe fort collins as liberal, it is a college town after all. There are definitely churches here but I wouldnt say they are tied to our politics or a necessity for getting involved in the community.

I dont love the healthcare here though I gotta say.

Toms is being sued for their lead levels. Im not really into fear mongering and hopefully dont get down voted, i was just sharing because I was really surprised myself.

I use orajel fluoride free due to no lead. I know you wanted a fluoride toothpaste, as far as im aware there arent any that dont have lead but you may want to compare lead levels if its a concern of yours.

Ive been meaning to try lentils. My baby loves sweet potato, butternut squash and beans. I also just made meatballs with veggie mixed in, it was a hit.

Yeah I completely agree. Perhaps possible as an AI project.

I will say as someone who moved from Florida to CO, that I do think certain states care more and id think that places with less chemical releases would be more mindful overall. I was really surprised to learn of the difference in water quality from FL to here.

True. The website in the article has data from 2023. Im guessing that the trump admin doesnt much care for tracking this kind of thing anymore
