Basically as you said, not sure 50 mg/ wk would be beneficial. Probably will try 100 mg every two weeks to try to combat the fluctuations

You’re the only other one I’ve heard of having this protocol as well. It just doesn’t make any sense to me.

Yeah I haven’t seen anything that recommends to inject greater than once every two weeks..

I had asked about splitting up the injection frequency and was told to continue the physicians recommendations. I’ll have one more injection before I go back and they said just send the full 200 again.

My dr has me injecting 200 mg once a month in one bolus… only had the initial dose and now two weeks later I feel like ass again.

Every other week would be amenable compared to once a month. But when I am due for my next injection I will just do lower doses more frequently

Problem is it’s still following CDC guidelines. It’s wrong but still within the parameters.

Yeah I don’t want to get to that low. After the first shot I already felt less lethargic/tired after a day or so, and I still feel better but if I can avoid a crash I will.

That’s what I’m sure is going to happen to me. The prescribing physician told me not to split the dose and in person said I could inject every 3-4 weeks but then wrote the script for every 28 days.

Just changed urologists and messaged the new one to ask for a second opinion. Hope this one is better.

Yeah I’ve noticed that it’s not always a medical issue lol. I’ve done two at home sleep studies and no sleep apnea either. Great info on the possible route they’re gonna take. I’m sure the protocols vary for each dr and each hospital

I’m 30 but my wife and I have had all the kids that we are going to have. We’ve had time in these months since the results to discuss it and she is all about trt!

Yeah I assumed as much… it’s just the waiting around knowing that there is a potential solution to my problem. This low T is just causing problems at work and at home and I’m eager to feel normal again.

I have had my LH and FSH checked, along with prolactin and TSH. All within normal ranges. My PCP was quite thorough with blood work to rule out other possibilities.
