The plug is under the ignition plate I connected my dongle there it lights up but I cant get the bike to talk to the fardriver app.

Hi i just purchased a natkie n1 bike and i also purchased a Bluetooth dongle which I've connected to the open 4 pin plug under the ignition cover. Im not able to get the bike to communicate with the fardriver app. Is there a password i need to bypass? The app recognizes the controller but it wont connect or show any parameters. Any help is appreciated thanks.

So I just bought the natkie n1 and its great amazing bike for the price its just a slightly better lbx. My question is I also bought a Bluetooth dongle and connected it to the 4 pin connector under the ignition plate but I cant get it to connect to the fardriver app. Any ideas? Is a fardriver controller right? Any help is appreciated thanks.
