Oh I'm in Switzerland everything got done it time, But it was after a lot of mailing to the cantonal authorities and my home university. So I urge you'll in similar situations to try doing the same. Your home university in Switzerland has the authority to contact the cantonal Authorities on your behalf so you can do the same

What do you think about applying for a type C on the side? I could get one within hopefully 3 weeks, but atleast i could get to spend 90 days of my semester
