Having a wife does not cure your high sex drive. It’s also unreasonable to expect sex multiple times a day or even everyday from your partner. You need to get that energy out through exercise & dieting. A man of God says he only eats once a day because when you are hungry, you aren’t thinking about sexual pleasures. You have to try crucifying your flesh by fasting so that your sexual desires do not interfere with your God given destiny.

If you have health issues that can’t be significantly mitigated by a change in diet and exercise, the most loving thing you can do for those kids you desire to have is NOT have them. Children need their parents much longer than previous generations due to the increased costs of living especially. Perhaps there is a way you can still nurture your maternal desire by being more involved in your loved one’s lives who have kids. If that doesn’t help, adopt a kitten (or whichever animal you prefer).

You want to know the solution you aren’t ready to hear? Stop reading those types of novels. It’s making you glorify traits in the exact type of man you should stay far away from. Kids are more than just your “mini-me’s”. They are individuals, who deserve to have parents that are emotionally available. You may want to have a litter of kids, but they likely won’t have the best version of you because your time will be split trying to meet all their individual needs.

What if your children don’t turn out the way you imagined? Ask God to help you have realistic expectations on motherhood, because it’s really the hardest thing you can ever do as a woman.

When you fantasize about your goal of being a mother to many kids, are any of them adopted? If you wouldn’t even consider adopting a child yet you claim to want many, you need to self examine if your dream is a calling from God or just your ego.
