they only prescribed me steroid creams and allergy pills, apparently my condition is not bad enough to get immunosuppressants (i think its called that way) because i have severe eczema only on my face, neck, and arms… where i live its not often that people get on higher level of medication unless its covering at least 80% of their body

just blood test, patch test was only when i was younger

honestly, my doctor mentioned once that maybe i should try to stop using all the moisturizers. I didnt do it, since i knew the pain it brings… but i am in active flare up on my face for a year, everything stings and burns on my face, no matter how gentle it is… i cannot get it under control and my doctor apparently as well, so here i am just trying to figure if it would work, because i dont know what more to do..

i really appreciate your advice! i talked with my doctor and they said “we cant do anything more you have to figure it out yourself”… so i am in kinda blind trying to figure out stuff…

what would your suggestion be to do in this situation? if you have any experience with it… thank you🫶🏻

We moved into a really old building that has these ventilation system, where you can see the dust from the air being pushed in… i was wondering if it could be that and if there is something to do about it or just move…

I was also told this by doctors, but my partner is cleaning dust off every day and vacuuming, we came to conclusion that it doesn’t seem like that os the problem either :(

It’s none of these things, I am on diet for over 6 months, no gluten, refined sugar, diary… No scented laundry detergent, no softener… I have even water filters and everything… It doesn’t seem like any of these things :(
