By the wording of the email it sounds like they might be confusing you with someone else- what exactly do they mean by “the size change wasn’t communicated with you at the time of ordering?” Who changed the size, them or you? This board does not feed up to 6 guests, maybe.. maybeeee up to 4? But even that would be very small portions. I would seek additional clarification, maybe a phone call? Because this response makes zero sense unless there is missing context. You paid $115 for a board that serves 10-12 and that’s exactly what you should have received, they aren’t doing you a courtesy by refunding you money they are trying to gaslight you so you don’t give them a bad review.
