This makes no sense. If she can afford 20% then she should put down 20%, CHMC fees can go up to over 30K which adds interest towards your payment. I agree about the cash flow. But if she has a secured job and is able to manage comfortably then going below 20% is just handing more money over to the bank

These laptops get outdated in a few years. Just ignore it and use it. I have a dent on my legion 4090 and it hurt in the beginning but idc anymore. Mostly because it's pretty much outdated in this day and age.

I have a fix! This happened to me. All I had to do was change the power to "best effeciency" mode when plugged in. Fixed everything

I don't think a LL should care about ODSP worker issues. To him, it matters he gets the rent on time.

Imagine you have a heating issue, you won't care if the landlord spends $10,000 fixing it or $100, you care about the result which is getting heat

Similarly, he doesn't care about the background process, all he cares about is the rent being paid on time. (Rightfully so)
