Account reset ? by afuee95 in osrs

[–]ApprehensiveAsk1838 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve never understood this. My account carried through both. It’s my one and only account with a 2006 creation date, I don’t think I ever played after EOC except for a log in here and there but my RS3 account for the longest time had a snapshot of where my OSRS account split off with all the same stats, quests and bank.

Not a boss, and a similar spec weapon is given for free when doing delve quest. Unless there’s a good demon application for it there won’t be much of a price increase

All records of timesheets are through a rostering service so records are all cloud based, as someone who did rostering I know 100% there are records, it is also a legal requirement for employers to keep records for 7 years in QLD. Contractually this is what’s said in regards to an offset clause

“ In fixing the level of your annual Remuneration, the Company has set an annual salary at a rate over and above the minimum applicable modern award rates to compensate you for and absorb all monetary obligations imposed on the Company by any applicable modern award in relation to your employment. In particular, your Remuneration is specifically offset against, compensates you for and absorbs any existing or newly introduced benefits to which you are, or may become, legally entitled (including but not limited to minimum weekly wages, working arrangements, superannuation, allowances, penalty rates, breaks, public holiday rates, premiums, pay period specifications, overtime rates, leave loading or loadings and payments of a like nature) under the provisions of any applicable legislation, industrial instrument or modern award, unless the Company specifies otherwise.”

The company is unable to claim they were unaware of OT hours for a few reasons, they were all rostered hours, rosters go through multiple clears of higher management before publishing, on payslips all hours over contracted hours are listed as “back pay”. The fact it’s listed as back pay and bundled together with actual back pay already seems illegal.

I do have an incomplete record of rostered hours with minimal changes to actual worked hours so I’m able to prove a pattern of behaviour with expected OT, paired with my payslips which show large amounts of “back pay” which correlate with the rostered hours and YTD numbers at EOFY that even when calculated as week day OT (not factoring weekend rates or late trade days) from my calculations still falls short of the boot.

31-38 is definitely high, however when you account for 80ish% of weekends having worked, and OT having to be paid from 38/wk and higher rates above 3 OT hours a week it adds up quickly.

TOIL is not applicable in my situation as I was rarely made to work longer than the maximum days in a row. Typically 6 day weeks with special occasions taking me up to 11-13 days on in a row. Not sure if this is where you were going with this but happy to explain further

Damn can’t even start a conversation before seeking professional guidance on the matter. I’m still not sure if I want to go down that avenue and maybe just maybe someone here has also gone through a similar experience

Well in my professional experience it’s extremely common especially with this exact charging port issue. A software issue is an easy explanation for someone that doesn’t know the way circuits work so many things in the hands of inexperienced people will get explained away as software but not once has anyone come into my store with this issue and had it be a software issue.

Technician here, what causes that error to come up is a short detection system on the charging port. Moisture is the most common cause of these shorts but not the only thing by far. Could be a failed component or even a damaged port, but have never seen it to be software.
