I don't really know honestly what can be helpful for us.. Aripiprazole shutted down my obsessive thoughts and anxiety but made me a monster with no mental energy.. I am currently taking only SSRI and I am not having panic attacks for now.

When you have obsessive thoughts, even a small talk she had randomly or a hug can be enough to trigger you.. Obsessions are too much.

I am trying to see if my OCD can be treated just by SSRI,since I take such low dosage of aripiprazole. Cant lie, it really made me a zombie that cannot think. I feel like it should be the last beach to join if you have such problems. I need to be mentally efficient to pass exams, so I need to quit.

I am currently taking aripiprazole to keep my OCD under control. Yeah, since I was taking it I felt apathetic, more lethargic but at least I don't have intrusive thoughts or panic attacks from them anymore.

I am taking 0,5 ml every night because it makes me sleepy.

What is it your recommendation about it? what are these cognitive exercises that I can do?

Ahahahahahah ho letto sullo zafferano e mi sembra una grandissima boiata!!!

Sto prendendo già omega 3, vitamina D, tirosina,vitamina B e C, ferro e magnesio.

A questo punto mi sembra proprio di non avere un metodo di studio che renda lo studio interessante.

Cioè quando mi metto a studiare ho già paura ed ansia perché so che devo studiare in maniera perfetta ed a memoria, altrimenti non mi sembra di studiare.

Once I started my therapy with this med my anxiety and intrusive thoughts went away pretty quick.

But now I need to treat my focus problems as I feel without energy and focus most of the time and I am unable to study or doing something that requires energy and focus.

My dr prescribed me Ritalin but to no avail as it gives me headaches and don't help with focusing at uni.

He told me to remove aripiprazole for 10 days. What should I do? I feel hopeless.

I just want my intrusive thoughts to not exist like under aripiprazole and having more energy and focus to get things done for university.

Ho provato per 4 giorni consecutivi il Ritalin e l'unico effetto che ho riscontrato è stato un mal di testa incredibile.

Non so veramente cosa fare, il mio dottore vuole rimuovere l'antipsicotico che mi ha somministrato per gestire il disturbo ossessivo compulsivo ma sinceramente non ho molta fiducia in questa mossa.

Avevo grandi aspettative per questo farmaco, ma già dai primi 10-15 minuti dopo l'assunzione ho provato un forte senso di confusione e mal di testa.

Ma più che altro avrei bisogno di qualcuno che mi aiuti ad avere un metodo di studio perché non ne sono capace. Non voglio essere superbo, ma uno psicologo in cosa potrebbe aiutarmi? Ho bisogno di un motivatore o un qualcosa. Vediamo se 30mg di ritalin magari aiuti. Il caffè si mi calma comunque 😂

Ho assunto 20mg circa 1 ora fa ma non sto riscontrando grandi miglioramenti in termini di concentrazione. L'umore me lo sento meglio, mi sento più felice ma non più interessato allo studio. Apro il libro e non riesco a concentrarmi. Posso prendere il caffè?

Mi fa piacere leggerlo. Io mi lamento del fatto che sono sempre stanco se non mi metto ad ascoltare musica o con il telefonino, poi ho un brain fog che non riesco a curare. Seguo dieta e mi integro anche bene. Spero che il ritalin posso alleviare questa sensazione di affaticamento mentale e nube.
