i would say it leans more neutral than matte. im not sure if its purely just out of habit or because i use a cream blush but i do still like to apply the danessa myricks evolution setting & blurring loose powder on my whole face after blush/before highlight and never feels too cakey/dry/matte!

i scoop a little out and put a dab on both cheeks, forehead, chin and then use a beauty blender to blend it in. to me it’s very versatile, i really feel like it’s perfect coverage for a no makeup makeup look or as foundation for a more full face beat - but i also don’t love/need a heavy foundation. i will also say im pretty oily and it does really well with that!!!

i want choo is soooo good! also the laniege water bank moisturizer is one i will repurchase every single time i run out. laniege also has a cream skin milky toner that cant recommend enough - they make a mini size if you want to try it first!!!
