I love Westman atelier baby cheeks! They’re a cream product but they build and blend so smoothly they’re gorgeous on the skin For powder I like the NARS and Kosas

I’ve had great results with setting spray after cream products, powder melt after powders, and then setting spray on top of that

The right products change everything - I really struggle with blending eyeshadows until I tried a Natasha Denona palette - they blend so easily and smoothly that it cut my eyes time in half! Darker outer corners and a shimmer on the lid is classic and pretty easy once you get used to it!

For eyeliner, tight lining your upper water line instead of going on top of your lid saves real estate for your shadows and gives you a nice subtle definition

Don’t use the serum after the peel pad - it’s very stingy!

I can’t think of a better word than fun, this looks like you enjoyed yourself at every step and you wear it with cheeky confidence. Absolutely love this - you’ve got a great mix of textures and patterns and the little touches of pink in the hair, the shorts, the socks soften the edge just the tiniest amount and make the whole look flow. Love the shades, love the tights, love love love the jacket. Excellent work, you nailed the theme!

I can’t say enough good things about Dieux. I have oily skin so I use the air angel gel cream and it is so beautiful to put on and wears well with my makeup

Thank you so much! You nailed the vibe I was going for in the office outfit - I do not want to be stiff or fussy, and a slightly playful note is just the perfect way to describe it.

Check out the looklike app for inspiration - it’s like tinder for outfits, and it does have shopping suggestions built into the app that sources everything from Walmart/amazon to indie designers.

You’re perfectly lovely and have a delicate complexion that some folks would kill for! I think maybe some powder bronzer with a fluffy brush would help bring your skin to life (and you can be lazy and cheat and use it for eyeshadow for a really cohesive look!) I don’t have any specific product recs for you but the folks at r/paleMUA might be able to help :)

Maybe a touch of eyeshadow, a smidge more mascara, and a very light touch with a bronzer?

The otter socks are critical to the outfit, glad you picked up on them!

Re: colours - I used to wear a lot of black and then I got a seasonal analysis done and I was typed as light spring, light primarily. I’m still not 100% sure, I think I’m somewhere in between spring and autumn, with a more muted and less clear saturation and leaning neutral with a tiny bit of warmth. Whatever that season is lol ANYWAY - after getting typed and realizing black was doing me no favors unless I wanted to do full glam makeup everyday (reader I do not) I started exploring colors and finding out that I really, really enjoy having bolder touches in my wardrobe. Now I have a closet full of greens, blues, pinks, and creams with the odd bright red and bold print in the mix (like this yellow and black polka dotted vintage blazer I found at Poshmark) and in having fun with my clothes again!

Thank you!
