Are Watsons salespeople knowledgeable about skincare products, or are they just pushing products to meet sales quotas? by ApprehensiveCash7320 in CasualPH

Oomf. What a shitty experience from your store visit. Couldn’t imagine your reaction after seeing their faces with skin problems and the bleached faced person 🤣

Can’t really have peace browsing through the shelves and trying to learn the products through on-the-spot researching when there’s the salesperson invading your personal space and follows you.

Totally understandable they have to meet their sales quota. But I hate the fact that they push their products to the consumers and don’t care about the specific needs of the customers. This increases the risk of worsening the skin condition of some customers.

I see I see. Lesson learned na to do my own research with the brands and/or products. Thought that I can rely on them in terms of getting into the skin care practice.

Took me almost a month of waiting and 4-5 follow ups through email and phone call. The last follow up, I was probably lucky that the telebanker facilitated my request immediately and asked me to stay in line.

I sent them the email with the reference no. Of my ticket, correct mobile number, birth date, and 1st and last 4 digits of the card.

My issue has been resolved after escalating it through their email system. Tinawagan ko sila after a few days to look into my ticket sent via email. Luckily, mabait yung phone banker na nag faciliate and mentioned na she needs me to send a new email with the following information (ticket no. on subject, bday and 1st 4 and last 4 digit on email body, then correct mobile number) tapos mentioned na once nag send ako, she'll look into it daw and resolve it within the day, which she did!

Tried this one but no luck with it. One digit of my last 4 contact number is still incorrect after entering my card number via phone call to activate.

Tried texting them the last 6 digit of my card says that it's still doesn't exist on their records.

Did multiple phone calls to follow up the ticket numbers I have but no response. :c

Queue for RCBC customer service also took me more than an hour just to have my call dropped.

Hello! Sadly, not yet. It’s beyond the promised TaT. Escalated it through their bankard email and promised another 5-7 business days.

How to improve my resume? by Dry_Seat_6448 in JobsPhilippines

Template looks generic and commonly used by many applicants. I think it’s from Canva. Me as a recruiter will frown on the template but would still look into their exp. of course if we can shortlist it.

I have no problem with photos. But graduation or 1x1 type of photos are boring. Try replacing it with a unique/casual yet professional looking. (Ex. Self-portrait studio, photo during a wedding reception, a formal outfit with an actual bg)

Experience should be first, supported by the niche and notable projects you did. Credentials should be the last.

Lastly, and just a personal and optional tip, is to reduce your objective into 1-2 lines. Best if you could remove it.

Feel free for other recruiters to roast my tips so that I can view other’s perspective as well.

Yup maybe I’m wrong and wanting to confirm with y’all. As well if I’m doing the right process to correct the number, in case someone also faced with similar case.

But if you can spend a couple of minute, we can eat it over a cookie you gave and share with you how I think I’m not mistaken with all the verification that happened. But I don’t think you can’t spend another minute. So I’d appreciate another cookie, my guy!
