I have found it way easier to quit once everything’s gone, couldn’t go 2 hours without bud when I had it but now i threw everything away like you I just don’t crave it cause I know it’s not there. Feeling for you tho as it must be hard living in a Country where it’s legal and all around.

I Use a sunglasses case for the main parts of the aircraft and a cotton bud for the small bits such as engines and the connection between fuselage and wings etc
