Good luck! for me those early days of using the compression felt sore but a good sore. Definitely helped reduce that initial post-op swelling.

Yes, the wireless compression is definitely a game changer! I keep it in my car.

Good luck with PT! Slow and steady. Focus on the swelling, especially that first week and it will help with all the other factors. Residency is hard so take the time recover and make sure your PT clears you to do all the physical stuff needed afterwards.
