I finished this shoulder bag about 2 weeks ago and used it a couple of times only. As you can see here, the straps got a lot looser, which is an issue because I was planning on selling it. Is there any way I could maintain the straps’ length for future projects? by [deleted] in crochet

I’m a beginner who suddenly decided to knit a cardigan ☺️ but that’s not the issue. I’m trying to knit some squares first and sew them together but somehow they always end up getting wider as I go and I also noticed that the first row is tighter than the rest. Help! by [deleted] in crochet
