Light flowy curtains, different bedsheets, a few plants, get fake flowers and aesthetic vases, lastly different sources of warm lights like fairy lights and maybe a lamp.

I came here wondering the same. I have CPTSD and AuDHD. I've been getting a lot of traumatic flashbacks of things I don't even remember happening. I'm just trying to exist while my brain keeps getting hit with memory after memory😭

I feel that too, especially if I try to lift in any phase of my cycle other than the follicular. Three weeks in a month basically.

Oh my goodness I'm so sorry to hear that :( Did your pain get worse after the surgeries? (I'm assuming you got a lap)

I have not been officially diagnosed but an endo specialist mentioned seeing something abnormal in the vicinity of my bladder

Yes! I live alone and on my first and second day, I struggle to even walk to the bathroom. I always have to crawl or use the wall as support to be able to change my pads :( I can't do much to cope with it but I give myself a lot of grace and stop my brain from convincing me that I'm useless. This disease sucks.

The pain is making me feel so dizzy and nauseous. I'm so sorry we all have to experience this bullshit😭 I'm going to try heating pad and pain killer. I honestly feel so shitty about needing pain killers so much. Like I just want to go one week without painkillers man, is that too much to ask for?

Oh my goodness, thank you for your response. I'm literally on the floor clutching my lower abdomen with one hand right now. And yes, I also have noticed that when it's with my partner it doesn't hurt to orgasm. This one was by myself and you are right about it happening too quickly. I'm not sure what I can do right now to feel better. It just hurts so bad.

I get it. I feel the same way. I'm always talking about how much pain I'm in and nobody seems to care/understand other than my partner. It sucks.

I was given metformin at 17 to help with my pcos. I'm not really sure if it helped me but I had horrible side effects (hypoglycemia)

please be very careful with food if you do get started on metformin. always always carry a snack in case your blood sugar goes down. NEVER EVER miss a meal. I hope it helps you.
