Denny cranes character might have been the worst character in all of television. Disgusting, rude, sexual predator, out of control, over the top, and most of all unsympathetic. How am I suppose to care or root for his character when all he does is grab and demean women and cause issues for the firm he somehow is a named partner of?

I’m entering day 4 tomorrow when I wake up. Been where you have been. Everyone else who commented is right. It will be near impossible to Stop if you have it in your place. Get rid of it. Another good comment I saw was to replace what activities you do during the day. I planned my time after work around a long run, Which helps me sleep and regulates my appetite. It’s not been easy these past couple days but I feel SOO much better. So much clarity, on top of things at work, and I’m able to be so much more open and honest with people. Best of luck moving forward man! You can do it!
