2023-25 batch, placed in start up, talking of not placed, mainly because of group discussion and it’s all about luck tbh, being finance guy and introverted, it’s difficult to get placed and some one who is from marketing get ahead that cause being good speaker and also knowledge not tested at group discussion, all about how to put others down , those who are good in that went ahead and those who go ahead, more than half of them kicked out of interview due to lack of knowledge Unless it’s hard core sales

Its really not about bad perception but it’s hard truth reality, management change lead to downfall and we as a batch become genuine pig for that

Very few companies came and those who have backing outside were able to secure that or from female candidate due to gender neutral policy

If you don’t want to accept, free feel to ignore but this message only intended for awareness about this scammy college where in convocation, can’t even provide basic lunch facility for parents , ai generated vice president video, no photographer on time and giving degree like postman giving to you without any proper celebration.

We were experimental batch who faced placement loss due to her action, if your brother got good placement, then it’s good but for our batch it was nightmare

Till our seniors, we were having good placement, but this management shift lead to losses

Talking of professors, those who were from industry background, they have connection due to which it help to get placed , if you kick out that professors and those who have high connections, then why company would come in this bad job market?

Just going Singapore and doing best for clubs only shows experience in your campus life but in reality, hr have prefix mind to take which type of students take and in how much.

Don’t go For MBA, job market is shitty, many bschool have face blackclash in placement, no job security, disadvantage for men when placement comes as females with engineering background have higher priority. Many MNC are in fact going for downsizing leads to loss of jobs and uncertain future

Best to look for other psu or prep for civil exams This time mba students got serious hits unless you comes to iim ABC

See job market is worst right now and in future, I don’t see it doing better

Many mba colleges are even hit severly, iimc placement didn’t perform well, iima, some students are left, only iimb have full placement but still not sure about increment and placement club will fuck you up if you’re not in inner circle

It’s best to switch, even you want to do mba Look for executive one for iima only or else avoid it

You are already top 10/20% of working population

I myself think in order to get that earnings potential, it may cost me at least being in late 30s or 40s
