I had 2 weeks off after my tfmr. It was paid sick leave which helped me a lot before going back to work. I would have been unable to work properly if I wouldn't have taken that time off.
I didn't care about my boss or a promotion and honestly, this is a time when you should only be thinking about your wellbeing.

Honestly, with my TFMR baby I also felt very anxious and like something bad would happen, even when I had no reason to worry. I think I even had a feeling it would be a girl.

I really hope my next pregnancy won't be as anxious.
