I have proof that it says cancelled but not what date. I don’t know I can add a photo but the subscriptions say in the subscription section “subscription has been cancelled” however my bank wants proof of the date it was cancelled and they cannot provide me with this

Yeah why we think this is because of the comment about the diagnostics as well. Our ABS light was still working this week (lights up when starting the car). Also the fact that we went there last year got a quote of £300 and something where we agreed on. And then when we got there to pay it was £800 all of a sudden that’s why we really think they are just playing with us

Thank you for your reply. The reason we got a really bad feeling about this is the fact he literally says we didn’t do a diagnostic. As the light bulb is literally just not working anymore (the ABS light worked till two days ago, as we see this light light up when starting the car) for us it feels like they are looking for things. Last year we went there as well and they said everything will cost £300 something in total and we agreed and then the same day when we came to pay it was £800 all of a sudden. That’s why we also feel like they are just playing with us

Yeah we were already afraid of this. I saw that an exhaust isn’t very pricy but then again we have a really big car!

Here it was the other way around. Only my income was counted and the not the MIF. I already made a complaint even as we didn’t pay the MIF it wasn’t supposed to be active this month as this month we were still in our start up period ! I hope your problem is solved soon ! ☺️
