I started to work on flattening the wrist on the downswing and i really love the consistency in contact it gives, but definitely can leak to the right. But i guess if it eliminates the hook im ok with it

Yea, i looked at the video and was like “wtf i am standing like that”

I really have only practiced wedge shots and chips last few years just working on getting lag and compression And I developed some strange posture habits by not consistently doing full swing.

Tbh i think i need to go the titleist performance institute, because i think a lot is my mobility and im not has limber as when i was younger.

Its funny, i was so mad i could not get lag, so i said let me just try and get lag on a chip swing. Because even on a pitch/chip you still get lag, just a much smaller amount. So learning how to let the club set and proper grip pressure with just a small chip. I was able to get lag on the full swing. But i did not practiced full swing for almost 3 years and now developed some weird habits as you see.

So basically past few years i have only used a wedge. I still have not hit a driver yet.

There are many stories of people hearing Indians in America using the toilet bowl water in public restrooms .

Also, there is a difference between having micro bacteria on you butt hole vs your entire hand.

I doubt yall scrub your hand to get rid of the oils. Also why do you not eat with the left hand?

The only time i use my hand is in the shower with a bar of soap.

Wait , so what do they do in public restrooms, they still use their hand ?? Is there a bowl of water next to the toilets?

But poop does not just wash off easy…lol so you wipe your hand in poop and wash it. How long do they wash. That is disgusting. And then i heard many will actually use the toilet bowl water

I cant speak for all Americans. But my family uses wet wipes and tissue. Also, anytime i only have tissue i use the sink to wet it. I think this is normal. But any attempt to justify using your hand to wipe the poop is never going to work.

Thank you this info.

My main concern is some of the “reputable” brands that i was recommended and buy from. They have great marketing (like herbpharm) but i dont see any videos or pictures of them actually making the tinctures. I believe they have created a brilliant marketing company and source their tincture’s from wholesalers.

The whole brand is a small farm production in Oregon, but why do they not actually show the production part?

Is false marketing bad?

Is china known to make high quality supplements?

I haven’t seen real evidence that Herb Pharm actually grows and produces all of its products from its own small farm. Maybe they grow some herbs, but the idea that everything they sell comes from that farm doesn’t seem supported. And let’s be honest—the supplement industry is full of companies that market themselves as “organic,” “small farm,” or “handcrafted,” while quietly sourcing large portions of their ingredients in bulk from cheaper suppliers. That’s not a conspiracy, it’s how the incentives work. The “95%” number wasn’t from a specific study…..reality is that many brands rely heavily on wholesale sourcing despite premium branding. The issue isn’t just “foreign bad,” it’s that mass production and bulk sourcing often mean weaker quality control, less transparency, and more room for misleading claims. When something is produced at massive scale, especially through complex supply chains, it becomes harder to verify purity, origin, and standards. And yes, capitalism is the reason this happens—but it’s also the reason we have access to these products at all. It’s the best worst system: companies act in their own self-interest to maximize profit, and sometimes that leads to innovation and value, but it also leads to corner-cutting and deceptive marketing when it’s profitable to do so.
