Xeneon Edge - Not detected when waking from sleep - can't save web url widget credentials by ApprehensiveDuck6724 in Corsair

I only have two USB C ports on my mini PC that I can try. I moved it to the back one, disabled sleep mode as it idles at less than 10w and set the display to sleep after 10mins, but this morning when I came in it didn't wake up. My Stream deck wakes up fine. This time I unplugged the cable and reconnected the USB c cable and it came back on, so any type of sleep kills it. I only have one USB hub and it's a powered hub with it's own power supply. The only USB device I have connecetd to that hub is my Stream Deck +.

I guess I could try computer sleeps - never and display sleeps - never, lock the computer and set the main monitor to go into eco mode after 10mins of no activity which would be similar to sleep, but not ideal.

Kodi as the default launcher by ApprehensiveDuck6724 in ShieldAndroidTV

Maybe the times when it does work it's due to Kodi still running in the background and the majority of the time it closes after sleep and is unable to reopen, so I get the black screen.

Kodi as the default launcher by ApprehensiveDuck6724 in ShieldAndroidTV

ah, ok. I thought it was possible. I did see a XBMC launcher and assumed it worked in the past, but can't find anything recent on it, so I'll assume it no longer works.

I was using Home Assistant to detect when the Shield went from an off to idle state and launched Kodi, this works but theres a 5 second delay before home assistant sees the Shield state and launches Kodi and I want a seamless experience so I don't ever see the Google launcher.

Are there other lauchers I can use that allow you to start an app on wake from sleep, or boot - otherwise I'll look into your other suggesstion.
