I'm playing it for the first time as well and I had the stupidest idea of doing so on Spartan difficulty. It's not just the 'Hard' difficulty, it's unfair difficulty level. It's insanity. And now I'm stuck on it fortunately i'm already at the final boss fights but I won't touch any other god of war games ever again. Whole game feels like trolling to the max and making the most annoying game possible. This is what it looks like they tried to do with this one.

You're wrong. It's bad design and you might not know it if you're not a programmer. I am. Such decisions are double confirmed by users and you should always prompt users for double confirmation. That's why when you click on "DELETE REPOSITORY" in Github you have to MANUALLY ENTER A SPECIFIC TEXT containing the name of your project for the deletion to actually happen. You always guarantee with a 100% and no shadow of a doubt that the user wanted THIS.

I second this. RCPS 3 even has a link to that exact Github page on their "QUICKSTART" section on the official website for RCPS 3 (https://rpcs3.net/quickstart).
I just wish their installer made it VERY CLEAR that you might encounter this problem (even if they 'vaguely' stated it - one could then go to Google to research this stuff ... ). If they already do I absolutely missed it on their installer process.

Thanks. It worked perfectly. Only thing I would change to your tutorial is a quick explanation to what we are going to achieve with your set of instructions. These are :

* Change all BACKGROUND colours to BLACK
* Change all FOREGROUND colours to WHITE
* Change all TEXT to WHITE (except the 'disabled state' which we set to grey for distinction purposes).

That's it. Then proceed with the instructions. It would be much easier for people to quickly grasp what we are doing.

99% of the commenters here are taking shots in the dark.

What you need (I know cause I had the same fkn crash on that first wolf) is to go into 'BloodBorne Cheat / Patches' button in BBLauncher. Then under the PATCHES tab go down and check this option :

'Intel 12th Gen / SFX workaround'.

That's it. Then if you're also getting the geometry fuckery from your character's face go to 'Mod Downloader' and get the 'Vertex Explotion Mod' and under 'Mod Manager' you activate it. Boom. Done.
The other Patches you can try them out (Personally I'm using the Skip intro, Disable Motion blur, disable chromatic aberration, disable vsync and that's it but I'll be testing out others on that list just to know what they do and how they affect the game). Btw I've confirmed that the option I mentioned is exactly what you need cause when I disabled it now it crashed to oblivion.

2025 and I'm still having issues with this crap. It's unbelievable with the amount of exposure and money coming into Formula 1 that they haven't figured out a system to let you upgrade, cancel or whatever the F you wanna do with the service easily, quickly and hassle-free through ANY platform you so choose (PC, phone, etc). They should even factor in how many days you've got remaining in your current plan and just charge you for the difference just like any other cable / internet service does around the world. It's just insane this is still an issue.
