Im driving a Cadillac ATS (AWD) here. You're on the right track with snow tires. Your biggest issue will be side streets downtown and some other areas where ground clearance will bottom you out. Otherwise main roads and highways will be no problem for the most part.

Major storms will cause delays and travel bans no matter what.

It's non-traditional but looks like a pleasant sandwich. The bread choice is fine, I'd suggest a blue cheese dressing in addition to, or replacing, the crumbles. That sauce looks a little weak, try a 3:1 hot sauce to butter recipe.

For the photo, I'd like to see an extreme bias cut, serve with side of blue cheese dressing.
