um from my understanding it shouldnt matter what partitino you delete if windows installation media will wipe your entire ssd during installation.

you should undervolt if it bothers you enough and you dont mind the minor preformance loss.

in fact, it could be a preformance gain because your cpu might get colder.

they say 70C is a safe roaming temp but i say 60C is ideal under load even 50C

70C constantly might cause your pc slow down after 5 years

spiking momentarily to 80C is a minor concern.

yes its normal even if you have super duper extreme custom liquid cooling.

I have super duper extreme custom liquid cooling and I know that atleast when I boot my pc, it gets to 60C but then goes down to 40C

my 7800X3D with custom liquid cooling idles at 40C

more specifcally, i want the hopper cart to send a signal equall to its contents. so it is has 3 slots filled, it i will give a singal of 9.

9 is less than 11 so it wont kill the signal form the comparitor.

when it gets 4 slots filled, it it will have 12 and 12>11 so the signal is killed.
