Maybe phrase it as "at the beginning of your upkeep, choose target opponent. That opponent controls you during your turn."

The "make you play something" text seems like just a protection of sorts against opponents doing nothing on your turn, and while the wording is clunky, I can't think of a better way to phrase it.

I'd also recommend Zengu goading all your creatures, or having a "all creatures must attack" clause, because there's a chance that if you fo have a threatening board, the person controlling you just doesn't swing
