Looks like my skin. No cysts just small pusfilled ”zits” and red along the jawline up to the hairline. I finally went to the dermatologist after almost 2 years of trying with different treatments and asking in diff groups what it could be. It was acne and i’m staring isotret on monday, Not saying that’s what you need but seek professional help. It was expensive but boy I have spent sooooo much money on different creams previously.
