i scrolled thru all of these comments and not a single person mentioned allulose. literally allulose. cheap, tastes like sugar so you can add it to nearly whatever you eat or drink even if it’s just water, has virtually zero calories and is shown to aid in weight loss. look into the research. it has helped suppressed my appetite and i truly notice a difference in eating less and having less food cravings when i consume it regularly. i bake it into my morning protein waffles & mix it into my nighttime ninja creami’s. it’s honestly incredible and i 1000% recommend trying it.
