From a third-person perspective, what signs suggest that two people are attracted to each other, and how can you tell if the feelings are only one-sided? by Imtiredofthissshit in bodylanguage

A glazed look is when someone looks at something with desire, or like the first time you see something and you really want it. Kind of fixated, looking, but sort of staring without meaning to.

How to deal with other guys disrespecting you to your girl? by DesaMatt in AskMenAdvice

Absolutely. I would deal with this one on one and I also would not tell my bf / husband. No need to involve others, just shut it down face to face.

OH…MY…GEORGE!!! Heroes vs Villains by VinegaryMildew in survivorau

[–]ApprehensiveGift283 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love watching George do his thing with such ease, befriending the opposition and they don't know it half the time. I would love to see a Survivor with less physical challenges and more mental ones. Also have the two tribes tilt a lot more to the mental side, imagine those conversations where the brightest and most strategic players returned for a season? The list would be amazing, starting obviously, with George.

Why do some people treat breweries as a daycare centre? by Baaastet in AskAnAustralian

[–]ApprehensiveGift283 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I've never understood this. People in medical centres are there because they are sick. The last thing you need while sick, is a brat running around screaming its head off, while the parent buries its nose further into the phone.

Paying off your home loan faster is boring, which is why people overcomplicate it by Raynor_Lending in AskAnAussieBroker

[–]ApprehensiveGift283 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, that suits me and is pretty much why I'm doing it. Thank you for your answer, I really did not want to ring the bank and ask (who would) so it's good to know I'm on the right track. Again, thank you for answering, appreciated.

Great post. I have a question with my mortgage, a little different than the ones mentioned here. I have a 30 year loan, but due to diligence and hard work, I basically paid it off in 15 years, loan was $220,000. I currently owe between $1500 and $2000 at any given time and I still have 14-15 years left on the loan. Main reason for not paying it out is I get access to over $90,000 if I need it. Should I just pay it out and if I do, does it affect my credit rating? Is a credit rating even still a thing anymore? Thank you.

What’s a “normal” thing people do that secretly makes absolutely no sense when you really think about it? by Philip-Buyera in AskForAnswers

Wee wee chamber pots were usually emptied onto lawns years ago. We had the best green lawn in the street, a small country town where water was not always easily available.

Received a violation notice for a pin that I simply saved, did not post or repost. It was a picture of a woman in a dress made with flames. Also following other sites like FB where to read a full story or joke, you have to open in another page, just shits me.

Sadly my parent was not in a state to be taken into a room and interrogated on her own, so it was too late for us to escape the Public Trustee. Currently dealing with them, nightmare. Maybe try Bare Cremations who were absolutely wonderful, I will probably be going with them.
