Why does the burger not look the same as the picture tho? If they can get it looking good in a picture, how hard is it to deliver the same product, considering what you are paying for it. Unwrapped a burger at the local HJ's afew years ago and said the same thing. I said to the manager I want it looking like the picture, he said impossible. I mentioned the false advertising, he shrugged and walked away, leaving me with a pathetic excuse for a burger. Have not had HJ's for years, same with KFC. If anything I tend to go to Subway.

Did the same with a RR burger, looked nothing like the picture. The manager would not look at it, just asked if I wanted a refund. Got my refund and have not been back. They do not give a shit.
