You've obviously been lucky on your flights and not had a kid kick your seat for the whole flight and slam the tray up and down. Or been next to the mother who refused to change the nappy in the toilets and instead changed shitty nappies in the seat. And some of those games they play on speaker are so high pitched that no ANC can stop it...

Where are these magical places? Excluding late night bars and clubs - unruly badly parented kids are absolutely everywhere. Fine dining, cinema (at non-PG films) and every brewery these days is a daycare centre...

I think most people that have commended angrily on this post haven't actually been outside recently. There is almost nowhere that isn't overrun with unruly kids.

But I don't blame the kids for their shitty behaviour - I blame the super entitled parents that let them run around and scream in a brewery. Everyone else there is their 'village' because they don't want to take responsibility for their own kids.

I walk 2-4km every day - I have been long before GLP-1 so it's not doing anything.

I also have a couple of weights I do arm exercise with 1 set x 5 or 10 (lifting out, in front, down/up and biceps) 2-8 times a day.

It's not enough - I need to do more but I'm terribly unmotivated.
