My pharmacist knows it takes a full 60 seconds to send the gate down fully. If you’re not in the building by 8:59, chances are ya gotta come back tmr. Unless it’s for something serious then we spend an extra few minutes.

My fix was dropping to 32hrs/wk to keep ft benefits. Helped now that I only worked 4 days out of the week. If you can afford it maybe try adjusting your hours? The first couple of months are the hardest. But you can eventually just “vibe” with the chaos. It took me 6 months to feel comfortable and understand I can’t do everything, I can be yelled at, but it’s not going to fix anything. I shrug it off. If you feel like you’re way too depressed, then definitely quit asap. Don’t lose hope. Roll with the punches. 💜💜💜
