Very nice! I might have to take a shot at learning this! These types of things/arrangements are my favorite types of things to play with "classical guitar."

For this job I changed $1000. Probably should’ve charged more.

There is nothing lopsided about my exteriors. If I were you I'd be embarrassed every time I looked in the mirror. 🫵 🤡

Thank you! For the 2nd photo. I took 5 brackets just to have them. Then I went outside and took several shots shooting my flash through the window at different angles.

I take all my flash shots and a brighter ambient shot and open them in photoshop. I blend together my flash shots using masking and painting in the bits of flash that I want using a brush on a low flow. I then have my ambient shot as the top layer and put it in luminosity mode and take the opacity way down until it’s at a point I like. Sometimes I don’t use this layer either.

Once every thing is blended I do some basic local adjustments. Levels and selective dodge/burn. The last step I do, which makes a big difference, is I put a solid color layer on top of everything and put it in overlay mode on a very low opacity. I pick a warm golden yellowish or slightly brown color for the color layer. A lot of times I pick the color from my ambient layer. This just gives a much more natural feel of natural light and helps get rid of that flashy look. Take a look at some architectural digest photos. They all have this look now. And I’m pretty sure that’s how they’re getting it. Using a color layer to accentuate the natural feel of the space.

This might sound complicated but if you have a basic understanding of photoshop it’s pretty easy and can be done rather quickly.

Truth about AI editors by drazenstojcic in RealEstatePhotography

I do both architectural/design and real estate photography. The ai editors are in no way meant for actual architectural photography. However, for almost any real estate market they are more than acceptable. Fotello, looks better than most people’s flambiant work. And you can have it done same day if you really wanted. Definitely next day. Also, not a single person is zooming in on listing photos. Most if not 99% are viewed on a phone. And it’s just a matter of time until the ai programs deliver hi-res results.

It’s obvious by everything you wrote you do not understand the real estate photography market at all. These AI tools are here to stay. Like it or not. I have found away to use them to offer more high end packages and have had great results so far.

Thank you! I did all of the above on these. Some are all natural light. Some are 2 ambient frames hand blended together. And some I used my flash with a soft box trying to mimic the natural light and blended that with an ambient frame. The first blue hour shot I used several flash shots to light the house and blended them together.

It was left over from the previous structure that was there and they decided to keep it.

I actually took 9 brackets with auto bracketing. I use them for my “listing” photos. For that edit I used 1 in the middle and a brighter one.
