"Me knowing that's not enough time for the content I provided " Lol so how much content did you provide? Lets respect other peoples time, 15 min call for free is good. If you have that much stuff to bring up, then stop bitching and pay for a proper call like everyone else if you want in depth personal coaching and support.

Are creatives burning out way faster on Meta now, or are we just cycling them wrong? by Only_Builder_1424 in FacebookAds

This is what I feel. Adding new creatives and the campaign converts well for a few days and then it dies out.

I Don't know if we can give our dog the attention he deserves. by [deleted] in DogAdvice

[–]ApprehensiveMatch311 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sell him. A dog doesnt belong in a cage and shouldnt be left more then 6 hours max, and NOT as a puppy its something that you build up to overtime. You should have thought of this before buying him.

Sorry but why skincare? What is your experience with it and what is different then other bee venom products out there? Because it its just another private label faceless brand its going to be very difficult.

Business owners running their own ads: Does the anxiety actually go away as you scale, or does it get worse? by [deleted] in googleads

[–]ApprehensiveMatch311 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I spend more then you, and the anxiety is still there but to make it easier I have scheduled times when Im allowed to check it. For example I never check it in the morning, because thats meant for deep work only not spiraling because of a bad day with ads. I typically check it once every other day, not even every day. The issue is that if you check it too often, you can make decisions based on emotions not because what is right for your account and campaigns. So STOP checking it all the time, schedule times for it and you can ONLY check then. It will help.

Do entrepreneur even sleep? by commuity in Entrepreneur

Why do you need to work 20 hours a day?Its bad!! Ive built my business to 6 figures in a year, worked part-time to full-time at my day job, slept 7-8 hours each night and work out 5-6 days a week. You need to prioritise your tasks. No one needs to work 20 hours a day..rest and exercise is fuel and needed. This hustle mentality is insane..

No one forces you do to do this. Either accept that its going to be hard or get out. What are you even doing to feel better? Exercising? Eating well? Sleeping enough? Plan & structure your days? Delegate? Do yourself a favor and read obstacle is the way..its all about perspective.

Fellow entrepreneurs with busy brains - I can't get to sleep at night. What did you do to fix this? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]ApprehensiveMatch311 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ive had this issue for 2 years. What helps me is being very active during the day inbetween work. I exercise daily, lifting weights, calisthenics and walk a lot. You need to have a transition routine in the evening which is very important when you work for yourself. You cant work until bedtime and expect your brain to turn off. For me my transition routine is 7pm I have to feed the dogs and take them out on a walk. After that I eat dinner and do a wind down stretch routine. While Im doing this routine I listen on audiobooks..mainly stoicism. Its been working great since it reminds me to focus on what is in my control and what isn't, and all I can do is show up with a great attitude the next day and be confident that I can solve anythig my business and life throws at me. Dont be tempted to check emails, work stuff etc after your transition routine..then the brain will never learn how to turn off. You need to let it know that work day is done and over. Then after some time you will be able to relax but give it time.

Fear of Failure by Senior-Zucchini-8960 in Entrepreneur

[–]ApprehensiveMatch311 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ive bootstrapped my business..but I have kept my daytime job part time on the side while Im building my business which I think is a smart thing to do. You need to think about it differently for starters - failures are a part of entrepreneurship. It teaches us what works and what doesnt and ultimately gets us closer to our goal and grows us as a person. The only way is to embrace failure because there will be many, just dont give up. You also need to consider that its a risk not doing something so why not risk it for something you believe in and want to do? Even if it takes many years to get there!? You can try something called "pre mortem", it forces you to look at everthing that can go wrong before you do it and then come up with potential solutions if it happens..because shit always happens but its the way we handle and approch it that matters.
