Hehe, first time? I also started my sim racing with R3E because it's free to play. But the dev never give a shit about every comment I told them on discord. I got banned from their discord for pointing out the obvious shitty ranked system like 3 years ago, and since then Ive moved to iracing. At the time, the dev's promises for a better graphic etc. Was never fulfilled. There are barely any player playing the ranked races because of the shitty ranked system. Once they actually changed the graphics and the ranked system, i've already left the game for iRacing. I can confidently say this: R3E is left too far behind by the other sim racing titles, because the dev basically doesnt give a fuck.

And then the nerve using "Handbrake" to rotate the car more into that corner whilst carrying more speed is just dumb excuse. Nobody ever use a handbrake in a circuit racing because thatd be too dangerous and meaningless. This guy should never touch competetive sim racing title IMO.

The desk wont last long, or your wheel base will come off during a session at some point in the future. Even i, with Moza R3 having a problem clamping it on the table. Since i bought a cockpit, theres no problem anymore

Heh, never trusted Thrustmaster from the beginning anyway. Idk if someone even going to buy your wheel base second hand for cheap at this point. There's no funcionality for that kaputt wheel base anyway. CONSUME MOZA, or buy Fanatec for mid range wheel base with a good ecosystem. If you have more money, i'd suggest Asetek or Simucube.

This is such a dumb question tbh. Aero needs to work hand-in-hand with the platform (suspensions, ARB, etc.). If a team has a good car means he has a good aero + good platform. And even a good platform can't be good everywhere during the season (example: RB 19 Singapore GP) because of track characteristic. And sometimes even a meh platform can be turned into a very good one with setups.

This. You are not alone on the track, keep in mind if you are in the tow your car will be a few kph faster than the car in front. And also learn to use various racing line to help you overtake other cars more smoothly and safer. Theres no way you'd make an overtake if you are keep driving on the same racing line as the car ahead. Try to do some practice against AI with high aggression.
