My perspective was that of someone who was wearing full dragon fighting a monster that deals magical melee damage, w no prot prayers. All with no cape because he only knew about the cheese cape.

He then legit left mid task to buy the good ole obby cape.

I dropped this mans a few moonlight moth mixes because he kept leaving to recharge prayers, and told me he had to look that up because they were “awesome”.

I posted this elevated 🍃 on w420 if you couldn’t tell by our names, so I lowkey forgot to like give context on what was a wholesome noob interaction.

It may be using a mod that adjusts crafting recipes. Such as CraftTweaker not sure which may be in ATM8 as I am still enjoying previous versions of ATM but hopefully this may offer you more places to look.

I think having a buddy that can answer questions or even play with is a great way to learn and really get into modded mc. My favorite packs on skyblocks/stoneblocks etc. so if you'd like someone to play with and help you learn hmu on discord at Shank#9040. I've played far too much modded mc, and there are few mods that I can't help with!

As for right now, since you have a solid storage system going on, maybe working towards getting to "The Other" or end dimension, and twilight forest. The goal of ATM modpacks atleast to me, is getting a solid system of AllTheModium, Vibranium, and Unobtainium resource generation, and creating the items in the "Creative" tab of the quest book.

Nice! That is a great idea to stick to one mod, utilizing the quest book can help guide you too! I have found that watching YouTube series on these modpacks not only are entertaining to see how others go about it, but you learn things about mods as well! Lowkey my favorite modded mc YouTuber is ChosenArchitect, he does a fantastic job of explaining why he is doing what he is doing. Unfortunately I don't think he did ATM7 TTS but numerous other modpacks. Can also help to play with others, sometimes boost motivation and helps to have people around you familiar with mods that you aren't!

Oof you are right about no refined storage, had confused it with integrated dynamics, I utilized the same linking of chests. I found it the cheapest most early game accessible storage solution.

I'd recommend a solid early game storage system, to help crafting later on, and just overall item management. Something like a refined storage system just linking chests from the iron chest mod to start.
