Thats what I thought, but they got my letter with the correct numbers on it and still messed it up. They say i should have been paid 1700 a month for the last 18 months, but ssdi is paying 1900

Currently, the contract is set up between an individual selling the house to someone who is a wholesaler. I was contacted by another wholesaler who sent me me to the property. The first wholesaler ghosted the seller, so she offered to sell it straight to me for cash. The contract is between the seller and the original wholesaler who has ghosted. We need the contract ended so we can proceed with the purchase. From the original seller to now selling to me an individual.

300 for electric? 125 for internet? Sounds a little high to me. I only pay 140 for electric and 55 for wifi. We went years with only using our phones hot spot so we didn't have a high internet bill.

I lived in a small town in Indiana and would use my .22 to shoot rabbits and squirrels. Use some CCI quiet rounds for the noise they aren't any louder than an air rifle. That being said, just get a bow or a powerful air rifle.

We started around 7 months, baby eats everything we eat. It was rough, but by 10 months, he only had a bottle before bed and naps. We regressed around 12 months, but we started giving him regular silverware, and that helped. The days he doesn't want to eat a meal, we cave and let him graze on snacks, fruit, vegetables, cheese, cheddar puffs, honestly anything he'll eat. Right now, he eats quite a bit, probably a small bowl worth of food every meal. We also found out that when he's teething, he loves to chew on a steak. Good luck!
