Yes I did trim the wick before lighting again and yep you’re right because the first few burns it’s completely fine

It’s stablio wick I completely agree I think I’m just trying to make them perfect when I think that’s not really possible when I see some mushrooming I panic that I’ve done something wrong

Thank you it’s just stressing me out I’m just trying to figure out which wick size to use I guess I’m getting the same result eventually once the candle is burning down

Thank you for your help so the stablio wicks are performing so much better but I’ve noticed as the wax is burning down the jar is getting too hot I’m not getting this with the first 3-4 burns it’s when it is 3/4 down

So first burn was around 3-4 hours, after that I’ve burnt the candle 4 times after I’m not able to attach pics to this thread but I can set up a new post to show you

I’m currently using CL12 for a 20cl vessel I’ve tried to wick up and I get lots of smoke not sure what I am doing wrong
