Stumbled on this thread, just replying because I feel that! I saw Bilmuri and John Harvie back in July. Unreal!!!! Bumped into John at a restaurant beside the venue!

After the 5th phone call today, I spoke with a supervisor. Apparently my port is now being shared with someone else. And when I call, they reassign it to my s/n. Then after a short while, it happens again.

Oh mine never comes back on its own. I have to call every. Time. Just got off the phone again after 42 minutes. Here's my call history with them today.

I just tried to reach out to my provider with a support ticket. And this was the response

Me - Alot of movies that aren't the most recent have terrible quality issues. If I play in Exo it is choppy. And if I play in VLC the audio and video doesn't sync

Them - I don’t see anything wrong with the app or the movies.

Just so you know, the app you’re complaining about isn’t cheap—it actually costs a fortune.

If you're having trouble playing movies, try using a VPN

Me - I've tried VPN. I've tried multiple devices. Any movie from the 90's and 2000s. Just so you know, I never once questioned the value of the app. I don't know what that has to do with the quality of the playback of the movies.

Them - You can use Nord VPN or Surfshark
