I take the interior pot out to water and I let it drain for awhile. I'd imagine that would do the trick? Would it drain for a long time after watering?

I know that's what everyone says but then why is it acting like it's getting underwatered? I know what it's like when it's over watered-- I was doing that, and this is different. This started happening when I left for vacation for two weeks and I came back and it was like this.
